COVID has been disruptive to many club sports. While we have not had members shooting, we have used the "spare" time to build a new 10m indoor range and equip it with 10 megalink electronic targets....
Here at Target Technique we offer a range of modules and course to suit a range of shooters.
The skills you will learn with us are transferrable to other sports including biathlon, small-bore, archery and full-bore.
Whether you have just started, or are an experienced target shooter looking for that extra 0.1 of a point, we can help

School teams development
British Shooting runs an annual 10m school event - where teams from all over the UK can compete. It came to our attention that only a very small number of schools from Scotland have entered teams in recent years.
Target Technique have invited all schools from Inverness to participate in developing a rifle and/or pistol team to represent their school.
At present a cohort of S2-4 pupils are forming a Millburn Academy team.

Our team consisists of highly experienced athletes, with knowledge of the Club, the Scottish and the GB shooting scene. We support all ages and genders and have a structured coaching methodology.
Qualified
Our coaching qualifications take many years to acquire. They are based on a mixture of courses, practical and peer assessments. Regular assessments ensure that the coaches stay current with their skills. This means you get a modern and dynamic approach used in your development.
Focussed training
Once you are past the basics of shooting our coaches will develop specific modules and help you plan to ensure you achieve your best in the sport.
